RYSE has developed a multi‑year strategy and has actively sought an investment partner to support its planned accelerated growth. Today, we announce that, following a careful selection process with broad market interest, we have chosen XPartners as our partner—an organization that, like RYSE, believes in entrepreneurship, culture, and long‑term value creation.

XPartners is a Northern European advisory group specializing in consultancy, project management, and engineering. Its specialists advise clients across the sectors of infrastructure, area development, buildings, energy, mobility, and sustainability. The group consists of entrepreneurially driven companies, supported by a shared platform for collaboration and growth. XPartners is currently represented across all Scandinavian countries and, together with RYSE, is taking its first step into the Netherlands.

With this step, we are entering the next phase of our development: the creation of the leading platform company for real estate and area development in the Netherlands. The market increasingly demands scale, multidisciplinary expertise, and continuity of capacity. With the entry of XPartners, we significantly strengthen our capabilities.

The investment enables accelerated expansion across several fronts:
